Recently engaged a number of builders to build our investment granny flat and we had come a conclusion that these guys were not just about turning a profit, from day 1 of lodging applications and to the end they helped us push through any problems along the way. Their trades were polite and explained anything we weren't sure of along the way! We had a couple of hick-ups but were sorted within reason and professionally.
