  Fowler Homes is an honest and committed builder that should be a shining standard to the building industry. Our engagement with Fowler started before COVID and whilst I heard many stories of other builders increasing their contract price (after signing), Fowler committed to the original agreed price and pushed through the construction once the COVID lockdown was lifted. The house plus granny flat were handed over with good quality and through out the construction phase the team is easy to deal with. Special mention to Lidia, customer service manager, who tirelessly worked through with me to finish up some glitches post hand over; Lidia is always patience, customer centric and ready to listen. I would also like to say a special thanks to Frank the boss who shows empathy and helped resolve difficult situations during the constructions. Last and not the least a Big THANK YOU to Corrado Aramini, the QA Supervisor who is very professional, experienced, efficient to help fix all the teething issues found during the first few months. All in all, I am very happy with the overall process and the house I'm living in and Fowler is a builder I will recommend to family and friends.

  Dear Fowler Homes, This is our second build with Fowler Homes and I would do it all over again. Yes, we had some hurdles but nothing that wasn’t dealt with. Thank you to our site supervisor, Stephen Ryan for all his efforts in ensuring our build was perfect and putting up with our constant phone calls and messages and thank you to Frank & Peter and the team who ensured our needs were met, I can’t thank you all enough for all your hard work. I highly recommend Fowler Homes, they are a family run business that truly care. Our dream has finally become reality, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

  We recently completed a build with the team at Fowler, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Frank, Peter, and Stephen were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a high-quality result stood out at every stage of the project. Throughout the build, communication was clear and consistent. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, and we always felt informed and confident in the direction things were heading.   I would definitely recommend Fowler Homes to complete a normal basic build project or even a complicated project like mine. My project involved building 4 homes on a combined double block. I tendered the project to 4 builders and chose Fowler not just on price but for the quality of the tender proposal and realistic additional costs. Fowler allocated a great customer service manager and architect who worked with me as a partner and I really had the feeling that they care about me and my project. Despite some silly council requirements and delays and plan iterations approval was ultimately received. The project spanned Covid, site challenges, the consistent rains of 2022 and obviously painful council requirements. Ultimately the project was completed with great quality and willingness to rectify small items has been great. If not for Fowler I am certain my project would have taken more time with immense cost over runs. Given the variations at tender were realistic and Fowler do not try to gouge their customers, the project came in at the cost I anticipated which is a huge win and relief. If another project ever presented, I will definitely approach Fowler. The team is easy to work with and communicate well and made what was a large project as easy as possible.
