  Eli and his team at EDM Building have been wonderful to me over several difficult projects on my home. As a women living alone on an acre property I felt exceptionally well looked after by everyone who came to the property. Eli explained the invoices in sensible detail that was easy to follow and kept EDM accountable. The professionalism and courtesy they showed me is why Eli is my contact for all maintenance and building works I need. An honest 10/10 is what EDM have earned as my review.

  EDM undertook an array of work at our home to update and add features that would allow us to continue to live in our oldish home in a great location. A new double carport and covered entry, a fantastic new accessible bathroom renovation and a “holiday vibe” transformation of two guest bedrooms has brought the oldest wing of the house to life. The work was completed conscientiously -and without disturbing our day-to-day life by EDM’s polite and friendly team and contractors.   We have lived in Kiama 11 years and have used many local and regional builders on multiple projects to improve our home. EDM is by far and above the best. EDM recently renovated our tired old deck, but before that they have upgraded two of our bathrooms and assisted with a problem with our driveway. Eli and his partners do every you need to have confidence that the ultimate outcome is perfect. That starts with spending time upfront with the client, listening and collaborating to get the initial design and costings right. Once underway his crew are reliable, polite and dependable with timeframes met and communication clear. After project care is the top point for me, with Eli coordinating and repairing any future issues relative to the build. I always recommend EDM to friends and family because of quality, reliability and most of all the nuanced service you recieve.
