  We recently had the pleasure of working with Cyclo Group to design and build our new veterinary clinic and I can honestly say they exceeded every expectation. This clinic has been a dream of mine for years, and when it came time to bring it to life, Cyclo truly understood the vision. They embraced the concept of being Nimble!;) From start to finish, the entire build was completed in just 59 days, and the result speaks for itself: a beautiful, calming, functional space that our clients and team now call home. A special thank you to Jordan, Jacob, Clinton, Jordan, Meg, Joanna, Corey, Carl, Simon and Vlad. Every single one of you played a part in making this happen. Whether it was through design, build, project management or support, you were all an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional, approachable, efficient, and just really good people. There wasn’t a single issue too big or too small that this team couldn’t handle. From the architects and designers to the site crew and sales team, it was a seamless experience all the way through. If you're looking for a company that can turn your vision into reality with professionalism, speed, and care, I can't recommend Cyclo Group highly enough.   Writing this review has been difficult. Words don’t describe how grateful we are to have found Cyclo to assist with the design and fit out of our small animal general practice. Right from the very first contact, they were generous with their time and ideas. We used all aspects of the Cyclo experience (planning, architecture, interior design, graphics design and branding), and the results were phenomenal. Our architect listened to us, made well thought out suggestions and acted on feedback positively. He then combined with the interior design and construction team to present us with the fresh, clean and welcoming clinic we were hoping for. They also incorporated as many fear-free features as possible, whilst complying with our regulations. The interior design and graphics team also presented us with a branding solution that was on-point and fun, and we have received a great number of compliments since opening. The budget and financial considerations were well discussed and open, and they delivered within our budget. Our project and site manager continued excellent communication, including when we encountered some speed bumps – let’s face it, issues arise, but what made Cyclo impressive is that we were never left in the dark. Cyclo always had options for work arounds. We appreciated the frankness and timeliness of the discussions, and our project only benefited. If we have the need to fit out or build another veterinary space, we will be using Cyclo again! Thank you so much to our Cyclo team – Clinton, Les, Jem, Joanna, Meg, Jordan, Corey, Evan, Angela, Karl and Diesel ;-).

  We have just finished up a first opinion small animal clinic in Perth with Cyclo. They have been unbelievable from start to finish. Their timeline was much shorter than the other 4 builders I spoke with, and they still came in earlier than the agreed date. Price was comparable to other non-specialist builders and we had the luxury of an experienced medical builder, so nothing was missed. Their communication was prompt and lovely throughout, and they indulged my every question to help me build my dream clinic. They explained everything thoroughly, nothing was too much. It was the only part of clinic start-up that I didn’t need to micromanage. Finishes are beautiful. We’ve been open for 2 weeks and everyone is gobsmacked at the result. They even thought about Fear-Free elements so the animals are calmer; people and animal flow is just sublime. A dream run. 6/5 stars. They deserve a cupcake, a pony and a marching band.

  I recently used Cyclo Group for a vet clinic fitout in regional Queensland. I honestly can't thank them enough. They were highly professional to deal, great with communication and came in within budget. They were even able to assist with branding and logo design for the practice. I would encourage anyone looking for company to engage for a veterinary practice build/fitout to give them a call.

  We’re currently in the early stages of construction with Cyclo Group for our new veterinary practice, and so far, the experience has been excellent. They’ve taken care of all the technicalities, including handling commercial building requirements and navigating council approvals, which has made the process much less stressful for us. The design they’ve created is incredible—both beautiful and highly functional. We’re excited about how it will improve our workflow and streamline daily operations once it’s completed. It’s clear that Cyclo Group understands the specific needs of a veterinary practice, and they’ve really put thought into how the space will work for both our staff and clients. Looking forward to seeing the final result, but based on our experience so far, I’d highly recommend Cyclo Group to anyone needing a professional and detail-oriented construction team for a medical or veterinary facility.
