Friends warned us that the building process is stressful, but with Mark and the team, it was smooth, easy, and well-managed from start to finish. Being time poor, we didn’t have time to be heavily involved, but Christou Homes took care of everything while keeping us updated along the way. The team always found quick and effective solutions to any challenges, ensuring the build stayed on track without adding stress to our lives. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with our new custom home and highly recommend Christou Homes to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality builder.

  So glad we chose to go with Mark and his team at Christou Homes. Mark’s ability to problem solve and his attention to all the details, big and small meant our home was built with a quality of finish you don’t normally see in other homes. Communication is excellent and his ability to adapt when needed made for a great working relationship. His advice was always excellent. If you want a quality build that will stand the test of time these guys are the ones you choose. They also have a great sense of humour 😀 Cheryl & Glenn

  Mark Christou and his team did a wonderful job on our home in 2019. Our visitors all say "Wow!" Communication throughout the build was great. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship was outstanding. It was organised so well and the job completed smoothly on time. We would highly recommend Christou Homes to anyone looking to build a new home.

  Mark and Debbie and their whole team, are recommended in every way. Quality, respectful, and easy to liase with tradesman, in every division. Mark has been in the building industry for many years. It is not the first time we have had Mark build for us. It has been an absolute pleasure to be able to use their services once again, especially in the Blue Mountains, as builders are hard to come by! Anything that may appear a problem, is no problem, and between all the team, it works out and is solved quickly. An BONUS is Mark's ability for scheduling......the house was marked up onto the premises on 6th April 2023, by the 31st May 2023, stumps, foundations and bricking were coming to an end, 26th June 2023 - roof frames arrive, 27th October 2023....on the home run! We now look forward to our final date for handover!
