  We were looking to build an acreage home. After a difficult and disappointing start with one of the larger project builders, we decided to work with a smaller builder because our past experiences have shown us that customer service and build quality are often better with builders who aren't too big. Candor Homes did not disappoint. They worked with us to customise one of their floor plans and worked tirelessly to get the build done promptly. We were ecstatic to be in our home well before our neighbours, who had started building 6 months before us. Ashleigh, Rachel, and the team were always approachable and had so much patience with us as we made endless changes to colour selections and listened to any of our concerns and questions and responded thoughtfully. Our site supervisor, Aaron, was amazing. He ensured that work was completed to a high standard and was always available when we had questions. We had a great experience with many of their trades, who were respectful and attentive, particularly their electricians, who walked through the house and checked the exact placement of every light and switch with us. Was the experience perfect? No, but we don't think you can build a house without hiccups along the way. There are just too many moving parts. However, Candor was committed to fixing anything that went wrong and post build, Aaron has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the final product. We love our home and want to thank everyone on the team for being so committed to delivering a quality product. We would definitely recommend Candor Homes to others looking to build with a company that remembers that they are dealing with real people, who are making a huge investment and a leap of faith when they choose a builder for their family home. If you are looking to build a quality home with that all-important personal touch, you can't go past the team at Candor Homes.

  We are an elderly couple who moved to North Rothbury from South East Queensland recently into a Candor Home and we are delighted with the quality and design of the home. My wife and I both have many years of experience in the Housing Industry prior to moving here. Our dealings with Ashleigh from an administrative perspective have been first class with nothing being too difficult, and all phone calls returned when she committed to doing so. Her manner was always professional, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Our dealings with Aaron our site Manager have also been enjoyable from all perspectives. He too has been professional and helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. The Candor trades also deserve a large pat on the back, as they have turned up on time every time as required and they have been a pleasure to deal with. The whole process has been extremely stress free and we commend the efforts of the whole Candor team in helping us into our new home.
