We had an excellent experience with Artemis Built. The service, craftsmanship, professionalism and advice were outstanding. Kailan and his team were highly knowledgeable, well-organised and incredibly detail-oriented. They were regularly on site, on time and always polite, respectful and professional in their interactions with us and our neighbours. Every task was completed on time with minimal disruption, and any minor fixes were resolved within a day or two. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent. Their tender beat all other quotes we received for the same scope of work, and our home was finished with 5 months, not indulging the natural disaster floods! Working with Artemis Built was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable part of building our home. Highly recommend.

K.Sales Constructions completed an extension on our little miners cottage in Mayfield, Newcastle. Our cottage was so small and so we needed to add a lot more indoor and outdoor living space. K Sales Constructions recently completed a large extension at my house in Thornton. The extension consisted of 2 bedrooms with built ins, longue room, bathroom and hallway. From the owner Kailan through to his apprentices were extremely helpful and guiding in the building process. They assisted in concerns, selection, paperwork, possible work disruptions and even put me onto a great designer. I have 2 dogs and a newborn child and they were thoughtful of them and didn't disrupt them at all. The quality of there build plus the quality of there contractors work exceeded expectations. The price was very competitive and the timeframe was also great. Overall we are very happy with how it worked out and the extension we now have.

From our first meeting with Kailan we wanted to work with him. He is consultative, professional, gives great guidance and explains the building process and certification. His team of builders and trades were all punctual, professional and communicative. Under Kailan’s direction the demolition of the back of our house and the construction of a bedroom with ensuite, a deck and pantry off the kitchen took place. Building materials arrived on time so that the construction process ran like a well oiled machine. The team of builders worked tirelessly and trades were booked in - no time was wasted and on the two days of rain internal building work took place. The project was to be completed in fourteen weeks, but took only seven and a half weeks - unheard of in the building industry.
