  My wife and I were put in contact with Todd as COVID-19 peaked in NSW. Todd and Sophia were very accommodating towards our custom design and managed to provide extremely cost effective solutions towards some of our key problems whilst providing stylish solutions. On the back of this Todd also understood at the time of building our financial situation much like anyone else had taken a hit during the COVID period and accommodated greatly for this assisting where possible. I am very happy with our house and would recommend Todd to anyone wishing to engage in building their home as when your deal with BuildTec you are actually dealing with a builder and not a sales person.

  My partner and I built our first home with BuildTec. We were very green and required a lot of communication and explanation during the whole process. This was never a problem for Todd who walked us through the entire build with patience and understanding. Not only was Todd a pleasure to build with, he also delivered an incredible product that far outweighed our expectations. We have recommended Todd and his team to all of our family and friends and hope to work with him again ourselves, on future projects.

  We highly recommend Buildtec homes. Todd and Sophia have been exceptional in building our new home. Quality of construction and materials is of the highest standard. Throughout the process, customer service, design and attention to detail have always been demonstrated surpassing our expectations. Todd and Sophia show immense passion to such a level as if the project was for their own house always sharing ideas for enhancements. In an era of high inflation, price was also reasonable. Todd and the team are honest, patient and would always explain the build process through all its stages. Finally, Todd and team do not walk away after the build and have supported us in our landscaping requirements. We have recommended the BuildTec team to our friends and family and would love to build with BuildTec Homes again if we have a future project.   We highly recommend Todd and BuildTec homes. He accommodate our requested changes to the design. Todd was very patient and always contactable. Regular updates were provided on work progress and site visits were provided as requested. He worked nicely with us to get the exact product which we wants and the changes / variations which we requested while on construction stage were priced and accommodated well. Every query was responded promptly. Finally, we got a quality finished product as per our expectation. I have recommended BuildTec homes to one of my friend and they have already started the process with Todd and plans being submitted for council approval.Thanks Todd, Sophia and the BuildTec homes team providing us exceptional quality service.   We highly recommend Todd and Buildtec homes. We requested changes to our floor plans a few times and Todd was very patient and worked with us to get exactly what we were after. Every query was responded on the same day. After office hours meetings were accommodated. Regular updates were provided around the progress. Site visits were just a call away! And finally the finished product... exceeded our expectation is probably an understatement. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Builtec Homes team. Thanks Todd, Sophia and the Buildtec homes team. Surely will build again with you guys.
