Sam led a full renovation on our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house at Petersham and did an incredible job! He provided a detailed quote, was clear about any variations and accommodated our requests (big and small). He managed most other trades, sourced quotes and materials and was always responsive, polite and just a good bloke to deal with. He also stuck to the estimated build time which was really important for us given we didn’t have rental income during the time. I highly recommend Sam and if I hadn’t moved to Brisbane, I’d be looking for another project to do with Sam because the result was fantastic and the work was great value for money! Most of all, I just trusted Sam to always to what was fair.

Sam and his team did an outstanding job on our major deck repairs. The job was tricky as we had to remove all the recycled timber and replace the entire underlying frame. Sam managed to faithfully reproduce the original deck and make some improvements along the way. He and his team were very professional and responsive, nothing was too much trouble. I’m happy to recommend them.

Sam and the team did an excellent job of our new back fence, retaining walls and drainage in our semi. Hardworking, professional and really accommodating of any small changes we wanted to make along the way. They fit us into their project schedule quickly so we weren’t waiting months and months to get the work started which was also amazing. Highly recommend!
