  We had a issue in relation to water leaking under a external sliding door at our Unit, Brian came and looked at the problem and quoted and was engaed by our strata committee to complete the work, Ramez and his team, professionaly completed all necessay repairs which included removal of external sliding doors and balcony tiles, followed by waterproofing, rescreeding and retiling and installaion of new stacker doors, finally plastering and skirting. Really impressed by the professionalism and communication provided and we are so pleased by the results of the finished product. Thanks again Bolt, would highly recommend them for your next building project.

  Brian and Ramez at bolt building really saved us. Our apartment block was initially quoted very high repair costs for the balconies due to concrete spalling damage. I found Bolt Building after doing some research. They were honest and thoughtful and came up with a plan to address the key areas of concrete damage - they fixed the issue without us needing to impose any special levies on the owners. Saved us a ton of money and did great work.
