We are incredibly grateful to BNZ Reno for completely transforming our very old family home. What once looked beyond saving is now a beautiful, modern house that we’re proud of and all at a much lower cost than a knockdown rebuild. The BNZ Reno team handled both the internal redesign and outdoor landscaping with creativity and care. They cleverly tiled the front facade, replaced the old failed staircase and balustrade with a stunning glass balustrade, and installed a stylish new front door. They also repointed the roof, painted the upper floor façade, removed overgrown trees, and even ground out the roots. This was our inherited family home, and we had almost given up on it thinking it wasn’t worth saving. But BNZ Reno brought it back to life with innovative ideas, smart design, and solid workmanship. Special thanks to Jason for managing everything so professionally and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We inherited an old double-storey house that was pretty much falling apart—just external timber walls downstairs and a roof that badly needed fixing. BNZ came to the rescue with a free design, and they completely turned the place around. They added a lovely bathroom and kitchenette on the ground floor, fixed up the roof, and laid down beautiful new flooring. They even created two cozy bedrooms downstairs and refreshed the living area and kitchen upstairs. The tiled façade is the perfect finishing touch. Honestly, BNZ saved our family home, and we couldn’t be happier.

One of the biggest changes was how they transformed the lighting. The house originally felt dark, but they installed a beautiful skylight and innovatively lined the internal void with Plex mirrors. This clever touch filled the space with natural light and made the entire home feel brighter and more welcoming. We also had work done on the flooring, electrical, and outdoor BBQ area. Jason and his team offered multiple low-cost options that didn’t compromise on style. They really focused on turning our old house into a cosy and beautiful home without blowing the budget.
