Zac the Site Manager was easy to work with and Atish Dass has been nothing but exceptional when it comes to fixing defects for my clients. Highly recommend Binah to any Developers who are looking for a good Builder.

Any time we face any issue with the property Chris was always there ready to help. He makes sure that the root cause of the problem is fixed, and his customer service is amazing.   Built my apartment building and did a good job. We had some issues with cladding that many newer buildings have these days but Binah fixed it during our building guarantee. They have built a lot around Liverpool and elsewhere with some similarities but also a few more interesting designs.

  I’ve dealt with numerous people from Binah due to defects within our complex. Once Chris was allocated to our complex, defects began getting resolved within a timely and consistent manner. As I’m on the Strata Committee, I’ve been quite involved with the defects throughout the building, therefore, can say that Chris has been fantastic and we greatly appreciate him continuing to work on our Building and for assisting all Landlords, Owners and Tenants.
