  Mario and his team were fantastic from start to finish. We did room extensions to our house and added a bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the get-go, Mario stood out with brilliant communication and a clear drive to make sure we understood everything that needed to be done, always presenting us with thoughtful options as we moved along. He explained every detail so well that we’ve learned a lot about the building process, and the level of care and detail he placed into every corner is evident to anyone who visits the house; our final product not only looks fantastic but functions beautifully too. Mario’s experience and knowledge in the industry is outstanding. He doesn’t just have a great team of contractors; he really got to know us and thought through how we would live in the space long term. He even made several adjustments to the original plan that we hadn’t anticipated with our architect, and these changes have added so much value to the design. We had regular meetings throughout the project, and he was always a joy to talk to, making timelines and expectations easy to understand. We always felt comfortable bringing up new ideas or questions, and Mario would implement them with speed and care. We are incredibly proud of our beautiful house now and cannot recommend Mario highly enough. This project has truly transformed the way we live for our growing family and we’re grateful for the thoughtful leadership and craftsmanship he brought to every stage. The original builder we contracted was terrible and nothing was being done. Mario and his team came in and literally saved the day and my sanity. Mario’s professionalism, workmanship and love of his building projects with complete transparency was seen from the very beginning. He did not go over budget and completed everything within time.
