  Our house was just recently built by Aria Homes. Steve and his team’s attention to details and responsive to our enquires in timely manner. We looked at our friend’s house whose was built by Aria, she highly recommended us to go for Steve. After couple of visits to Aria’s display home, we made our decision to go ahead with Aria. We are glad that we chose Aria as they are so reliable and also ensure each part of the process are in scheduled. If any delayed, they will inform us right away. We love our new house. Aria helped us to build our dream home. I do not hesitate to refer my friend or family to Aria Homes for building house.

  Aria Homes gave us the volume pricing of a big builder with the personal service and flexibility typically only felt with a boutique builder. Our site manager was across every detail and always one step ahead. He kept everything running smoothly on-site, was easy to deal with. He always made himself available for our calls and communicated clearly and consistently throughout the project. Our six-townhouse project was delivered on time and on budget. We couldn’t have asked for more. We happily recommend and hope to build with them again in the future.

I purchased a house and land package which was not only built within the estimated timeframe, but also had an exceptionally pleasant construction process with Jody/Kylie walking me through every step of the way. The final build was amazing; meticulous attention to detail with beautiful exteriors/interiors - truly, a testament to Steve and the Aria team's worksmanship.
