Prior to Andrew and Advance Building Services, I collaborated with a few different builders on the Central Coast, but I found them to be lacking. However as soon as I met Andrew from Advance Building Services and started talking to him about our first project together, I knew he was different. I have worked with a lot of builders and found Andrew and his team fast and efficient. Andrew knows what quality is and can deliver it. He is a strait talker, who understands the customer and is easy to deal with, including when inevitable problems arise. His pricing was fair and, unlike so many, he did not under quote. Variations were dealt with quickly and on budget.Very happy!

Our first project with Andrew and his team was the construction of our new house. Advance did such a great job we engaged them to renovate the old farm house on the property. Last year they constructed our pool and cabana. We are now onto our 4th project and 6th year working with Advance. High attention to detail, problem solvers, excellent value plus amazing to work with. Could not recommend highly enough!
