  The team from A1 Underpinning were fabulous to deal with. I’d used them before when I first bought my property for some drainage work and this time I had suspected foundation issues. They respond to enquiries quickly, are very knowledgeable, show up when they say, communication is excellent, and property was left clean each day. This company spent several hours at my initial inspection identifying issues, clearly explaining my options and patiently answering my numerous questions. In the end I had 20 old brick piers replaced with new steel piers, one rotting bearer replaced and all bearers and joists then checked /adjusted if needed after new piers were put in. All work was done in about a week which was great. Would highly recommend A1 Underpinning if you need foundation work professionally completed for a fair price by an experienced team.

  Mark and James were awesome. A corner of our house was sinking and required jacking up. A big job. Mark did everything he said he would do, including taking out our garden to put in footings and replacing it to how it was. Such a clean finish we would not know that our home had undergone major surgery. Mark and James were professional, honest, prompt, clean and considerate. They treated our home like it was their own. We highly recommend A1 Underpinning.
