After a few years of battling to have my ERVs tuned Doug came from Canberra up to Cairns to tune my two Brink systems. It was great to see him at work, he knew the system well and within a day he had tuned both systems, installed both Bluetooth and wired controls for both machines and parted with some of his valuable knowledge. Nicest of all he wasn't judgmental of my builder who had had a crack at installing the machines and made some mistakes. That night we slept in a well ventilated room with low levels of CO2 for the first time since building the house. Nice guy, and I would recommend Dough for any type of home energy efficiency project.

Douglas was professional and thorough for my deck ugrade project. He worked with me patiently on the details as the job complexities were unfolding (my specs had been a bit vague). He is fun and pleasant to deal with and clearly doesn't cut corners or try to maximise his profits. What else could you want from a professional?! I would highly recommend him.
