So pleased to have chosen Code Building Developments (along with Crown Kitchens) to build a new kitchen, dining area and laundry in my 1980’s town house. The Director, Dave Canning, well understood my brief and gave me excellent help and advice on materials and where to shop. The paperwork and financial administration was well organised and timely. My Project Manager, Clinton was invaluable help and he, Nathan and all their sub contractors did an excellent job, in a very professional, friendly and highly competent manner from start to finish. I thoroughly recommend Code Building Developments and thank them for outstanding work.

The team at Code Building have managed two significant projects in our home, renovation of kitchen and laundry, followed by the renovation of both bathrooms, retrofit of double glazed windows to the entire property, and refurbishment of both front and back decks. Dave, Nathan and Clinton were great. They were very responsive to any questions, and no request was too difficult. They were very friendly and professional in their dealings. They provided advice and options to improve the overall outcome of the renovations, addressing any concerns along the way. They were quick to communicate any changes to the scheduled works. All trades attended site when scheduled and completed work to a very high standard. We are very happy with our home post completion of the projects. The outcome has significantly exceeded our expectations. I would 100% recommend Code Building to undertake renovation or building works.

Code Building's construction of our garage/workshop in 2021 was completed to a very high standard. The build required no follow up remediation after completion. Effective, friendly, timely, regular and professional oral and written communication made our build experience low stress and satisfying. We were always kept well informed of the reason for any delays caused by weather or supply issues. They had an excellent range of sub contractors in their fold. We would definitely consider going with them again.

The Code Building Team run an impressive operation. Down to the smallest details the team are vigilant in their decision making and consider all aspects of the build before moving forward. From start to finish, the experience was extremely positive and would have to be among the smoothest experiences I have had with a builder in my 30 years in Canberra. Communication, on both the admin and operational sides, were excellent. The quality control throughout provided that extra level of assurance and when an unexpected problem arose, it was dealt with efficiently and appropriately.
