Gerry from Outdoor NV installed two large zip roller blinds for my backyard about seven years ago, and both the product quality and service were excellent from the start. A couple of years ago, due to an operational mistake on my part, the blinds wouldn’t go down properly. I called Gerry, and he patiently guided me over the phone for more than ten minutes, free of charge, helping me fix the issue myself. More recently, one side of the blind came off the track, which wasn’t something I could repair on my own. After I called Gerry, he arranged for his colleague to come the very next day. They carefully inspected and recalibrated the blinds to ensure everything was running smoothly again. The service was professional, prompt, and the charge was very reasonable. I spent 3 days trying to find someone to repair my 2 year old blinds as the original company that installed the outdoor blinds went into liquidation, and none of the outdoor blind companies were willing to help what so ever, Then I came across Outdoor NV, and I’m so glad I did.
