From meeting and watching Frank, owner and operator Shy Shades, work with his team, it was a pleasant experience. Frank took the time to listen to us and explain how we could get the best value for money, and nothing was a problem. In the end, Frank decided to raise the arc of the cantilever carport, at no extra cost, to give it more strength. There is even 17 bags of concrete in each post hole. The structure and bolts are hot-dipped galvanised with 3 year warranty and the material on top is waterproof, hail proof and highly UV protected with a 10 year warranty. After cleaning away any metal shavings, the structure was then touch painted, with a special paint, to keep its integrity. My wife selected the carport design and the installer.
