Royal Tree Services did an outstanding job removing five massive cypress pines from my yard. From the early 7am start to finish around 9:30am, Wes’ and his crew’s professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were impressive, not unlike a military operation, taking great care to protect the adjoining property. They left the yard clean and orderly when they were done. Communication was clear, the on-the-spot written quote didn’t compel me to seek a second one from anywhere else and the work was done on schedule with the results absolutely exceeding my expectations. Wes was prompt in replying to my text (15 Oct 25), assessing the job (17 Oct 25). Once the detailed quote was accepted (23 Oct 25) Wes reviewed his secluded work load and a date confirmed 05 Nov 25. Wes (Owner) and his team Laurence, Max, operated expeditiously. The team approached the Job with safety for themselves and my property. We had 2 Tree cut down; Banksia reduced two third large and lengthy hedging along the fence line. Wes collected the palm thrones on my neighbors property, before leaving my property clean and tidy.
