It’s easy to write a good review when everything goes perfectly with a job. I wanted to write a good review for Jack and the Wild Card Tree Care team because the job did not go perfectly. There was minor damage to a fence and an NBN cable was cut when a branch on a very difficult to fell tree landed badly. Jack spoke to the neighbours involved, resolved the issues quickly and honoured the quote that he gave me before beginning the job. The jobsite was left clean and tidy, they took down a large gum, several palms, mulched, and stump grinding. I would recommend Wild Card to anybody looking for tree care.

I recently hired Jack and his team at Wild Card Tree Care to trim some massive boundary trees on my property and couldn't be more impressed with their service! The team tackled these enormous trees with skill and precision. They were thorough, professional, and safe throughout the process. Their prices were very reasonable considering the scale and complexity of the job. The value for the quality of work performed was spot on. Jack was knowledgeable, answering all my questions about proper tree maintenance and how to trim correctly - as I definitely wasn’t. Would absolutely use Wild Card Tree Care again and highly recommend them to anyone needing professional tree services.
