I did my due diligence and went looking for a highly recommended Level 5 Arborist. We have a huge gum tree and our house is designed around it with lots of glass. I need the tree to be healthy and our home and neighbours safe. NSW Tree Management did an assessment of our tree and took 2 branches that were in imminent danger of falling on our neighbours house. I was super-happy with my experience with NSW Tree Management. They had better availability and a better price than other companies I approached for quotes. Communication was good and both the man I booked the job with and the worker who attended the job were courteous and helpful. We had a small job - pruning a frangipani growing into power lines in the inner city - and we still felt like a priority. The worker took great care not to damage the parked cars with falling branches and to check with me how much I wanted removed. Would highly recommend.
