We called A&A Arbor after losing a few big branches in a storm and feeling a bit unsure about the overall health of our trees as the branches had knocked off lots of others when they fell. They came out and spent proper time walking through everything with me, explaining what was going on and what could be done, with a genuine focus on keeping as many of the trees as possible in great health. The quote was very reasonable and competitive, and communication from start to finish was excellent. Nadene in the office is so lovely to deal with, and Glen who came out to quote was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. On the day, the crew arrived exactly when they said they would, got straight to work, and were incredibly thorough. Everything was done properly, the trees were left in great shape, and the site was left neat and tidy, our neighbour was very happy too. We have used A&A Arbor over the years and this experience just reinforced why we keep going back. Very fair pricing, great people, and really high-quality work. Would happily recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

Glen turned up to quote as arranged and was terrific with his advice regarding the removal of deadwood and the reduction of lateral branches from a large gum tree over our driveway. Communication with the office was excellent. On the day they turned up on time, completed the job in exemplary fashion and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. You don’t get 193 x 5 star reviews for nothing and I’m here to make it 194 x 5 star reviews. I was referred to Glenn and the team by a friend. Glen visited my (newly purchased) home and was on time, professional and knew exactly what I was after. Quote provided by email 15mins after he left. Quote was very reasonably priced. Job booked for a few weeks after. Job completed today. Team arrived bang on time. I’m amazed at how much they got done in the 2-3hrs on site. The job included removal of 5 medium sized trees (large frangipani, Tibuchina and others) and stumps plus removing lower branches off a 100ft high Tallowwood Gum tree to raise the canopy. The team left my property in perfect condition and not a single branch left or any mess made which was greatly appreciated. A & A Arbor Tree Service recently completed a large job for our strata complex which had taken 18 months of planning with local Council and an AQF Consultant Aborist to facilitate. It was a difficult job and many factors had to be taken into consideration to effectively manage the extensive work required. Nadene and Mel in the office were great right from the start with the process of arranging a job walk through with Glen at quote stage. When I met Glen on site we walked around, he explained everything to me in detail, answered all my questions and provided a strategy and plan for the job. He was so knowledgeable and generous with his time. I received the quote the next day as promised and we booked the job in. Glen and the crew arrived on site punctually and it was all systems GO. The plan Glen devised was executed with military precision and so professionally implemented from start to finish in what can only be described as difficult conditions. The entire crew were extremely hard working and very courteous when it came to traffic control or a resident's query. This is a one-way traffic, very narrow Circuit to put this into perspective. The entire job was completed within the time frame and exactly as I had been told to expect, even though I was sceptical it was even achievable to be honest. The site was left immaculately clean and tidy. Of the 75 private residences in this Estate that this tree work affected NOT 1 negative comment! There has only been praise for the excellent job they did, how it was conducted and how thrilled we all are with the result. A & A Arbor are the experts when it comes to tree management and will be my 1st call for our future requirements here. Excellent work from Glen and his team. The 8 guys were professional and courteous. They had the 60 foot high scribbly gum, which was leaning at a 45 degree angle following recent winds, down and the stump ground out and many other plants hedged, along with the cocos palms cleaned out of fronds and seed pods in under 3 hours.
