Fantastic experience with Brad from Deluxe Trees. Very professional, polite, and communicative throughout the process. The job involved trimming and shaping five magnolia trees, and Brad provided a great recommendation to prune three magnolias in a row into a beautiful hedge, adding privacy with the neighboring property. We found Deluxe Trees’ card in our mailbox after they pruned a massive gum tree for our neighbour — it looked amazing. We needed work done on five trees, including removing a dead tree at the front of our house, clearing dead stems from a large golden elm, removing low-hanging branches over the driveway and away from a streetlight, and cutting and shaping a large murraya. Brad responded quickly and arrived on time to listen carefully to what we needed. He also offered helpful suggestions based on his professional experience, which gave us confidence to go ahead with Deluxe Trees. Today, Brad and Charlie arrived on time, and from the start it was clear they were true professionals. They worked safely and efficiently, planned each job well, and cleaned up thoroughly after completing each tree before moving on to the next. The results are amazing.
