Happy customer here. I called Jake on weekend and he was willing to inspect the place and provide a qoute on the same day. He was reliable and honest. The qoute was reasonable. On top of that, he was willing to take this urgent tree removal job in a short time of notice. Jake and his partner were punctual and professional. I arrived earlier than our appointment time but they arrived before me, getting prepared! I am so glad that I called Jake that day. I almost had to pay more than double to someone else!

I had tried to reach out to a few local tree companies and never heard back. When I found Jake from Impact Tree Services he did a site inspection within the week and provided with quote. Jake was very informative, polite and professional. I had 2 large trees to be removed that were situated very close to my house and concrete surrounds. The job was done efficiently without any problems. The area was left very clean and I was extremely happy. I highly recommend Impact Tree services to anyone who is looking for an experienced and trusted business.

Excellent skills in trimming my two trees in the front yard. A kind and professional bloke who adjusted to my requirements without any fuss. Left the place clean after the work. Fair pricing too.

Jake was friendly and professional. He offered the best price to cut down three tress in our front yard. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend his business to others.

Absolutely blown away by the service! The team came to remove two massive palm trees—easily twice the height of our two-storey house—and they handled it with total professionalism and ease. Communication was clear and friendly from start to finish, and they had the whole job done in under one hour. On top of that, they left the space cleaner than when they arrived. Best of all, their quote was by far the most affordable. Highly recommend—wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

Jake and his team were around yesterday to remove four established privet trees and a box elder. I could not recommend him highly enough. The team were so professional, tidy, respectful, somehow quiet (?), and incredibly efficient. The whole job was done before midday, and they left the sites spotless, as well as a glorious pile of mulch which I will make good use of. From the first phone call for a quote through to the job completion, Jake was so easy and professional to deal with. He promptly emailed a detailed written quote which reflected the verbal quote, and included his insurance details in the quote email. He made the whole process really easy and assuring. Thanks so much Jake and your team!
