We previously used another reputable arborist company for several trees and this time called on three companies to attend for quote. I was impressed with Warrick - he came out really quickly, quoted on the spot on the Weds and was here 7am Friday with a truck with a grinder and crane, a chipper and a mini digger with a pincer. We had to remove 5 large gum trees from the front of our property and it was over and done with by lunchtime. I even asked after being quoted and organising and day and time whether they could leave me 20 decent size stumps and they did just that. If you like someone who gets the job done with immediate availability and does a tidy job, get this company in. I’d use them again without any hesitation whatsoever. I had a few stumps ground out and now I can plant over the top. I cannot leave two reviews - I had this team out again for another tree and they went above and beyond. The place was very tidy afterwards. They even complimented me on how much the front garden had grown since their last visit.

A very big thank you to Top Cut Tree Services for being so very prompt in trimming my trees. Warrick gave me a quote to trim 3 large fruit bearing palms (as well as another overgrown tree) on Thursday & came to do the job on Saturday. All of the team were very professional, friendly & courteous & nothing was too much for them to do making sure I was happy with their work. Cleaning up the mess was also excellent. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Warwick and the team did a great job of clearing several fallen branches from a large tree in a difficult to access area. They did it really quickly and cleaned up afterwards so well that you wouldn’t even know they had been. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend the Top Cut team.

Warrick and his team was excellent. I am so glad I called on Topcut Tree Services to remove my trees. The quote (I got 4), wait times and advice on how to go about the project were realistic and it was communicated very well to me by Warrick. Even my neighbours were all impressed with their efficiency, equipment (grinder, chipper, crane) and most of all safety by Topcut. I was more concerned in the safety for pedestrians, drivers who pass by and the boys. But the service was delivered smoothly. The groundsmen directed the traffic as well as the large tree stumps into the chipper and the grinding was combined effort as it required some tricky manoeuvring into my garden, the abseiler arborist self belayed and was very good with in his ropes and did not seem fazed by much. They helped me prune some trees too. Overall very happy with result and what a great team. Lovely blokes.
