If you want someone who goes above and beyond for their clients- you’ve found the right people in Blacktown Tree Services. I contacted them this morning to see if they could assist me in getting my pet parrot Margey down from a gumtree, after she escaped from my property yesterday and had been stuck there overnight. I spoke to Chad, who passed on another Arborists phone number who was able to immediately get to my location and help. Not only did this man scale a gum tree, but he also took on my scared parrot and her beak in order to catch her and bring her back down safely. This would never have happened if it wasn’t for Chad’s professionalism and his readiness to assist me in any way he could by connecting me to the arborist who got my pet parrot down. He kept in contact with me the whole time and stayed updated throughout the rescue until Margey was captured. THANKYOU from the bottom of my heart. Only true legends are at Blacktown Tree Services!

What a great team. Chad and his crew are so professional and excel at their work. I had 2 massive trees removed with a lot of hassles involved (power lines/fences/limited access etc)they not only smashed it but were so friendly and helpful. I was amazed that it was done in 1 d ay with stump grinding and a few other things done. I have no reservations with recommending this service. I would like to post photos but they are on my partners phone. Well done guys .

I used Blacktown trees service to remove and prune trees twice. They were professional, quick and removed my trees, also cleaning up the mess. The director - Chad is super friendly, had a lot experience and he also taught me how to get the tree application online which make me get tree approval. I highly recommend him to everyone.
