We had True Blue come out and to prune, shape and tidy up our huge hedge around the pool. I cannot express how impressed we were with Warren and his team. Warren listened to our ideas and the way we wanted the hedge trimmed so that it continues to provide us with privacy whilst looking neat and tidy. The guys who came yesterday to do the hedge were fantastic. They consulted with us and took their time to get the hedge trimmed to our satisfaction. Best price with amazing service. We got countless quotes, some from dodgy tree loppers with no insurance whose pricing was amazing but a no go without insurance, others with insurance whose cost was out of this world. True Blue Tree Lopping do things right with insurance at a reasonable price. They are professional in their communication (Warren answering queriers and quoting; Sarah in the office and the team doing the work), they are transparent in sharing insurance cover and on both our jobs the team have been courteous and hard working. The clean up was thorough. So often I've been left with a mess to clean up after tradies have come in. Not these guys. So all I can say is a BIG thank you to Warren for sending out his team who was supervised by Jacquie, with Joel climbing our 30m+ dead gum tree. What champions who worked tirelessly. We’ve used True Blue Tree Lopping twice now and have been really happy with the service both times. Sarah was very prompt with replying to my initial enquiry and then every time we communicated after that. Warren and Wally are professional, honest, and easy to deal with from start to finish. They listened to what we wanted and made sure everything was done properly. One of the jobs involved a tree stump in a very tight spot under a fence. Warren and the team removed the fence panels, ground the stump well below ground level, and then replaced the fence afterwards, which we really appreciated. The entire team worked hard, did an excellent job, and the clean-up was thorough, leaving everything neat and tidy. We wouldn’t hesitate to use True Blue again and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional tree lopping service. Thanks guys!

My favourite tradies rn! Professional, friendly, and quick, even though I contacted Sarah just before Christmas. Warren came out to quote me; answered all my questions and guided me in doing only what was necessary. Ahmed showed up to do the job, and did it carefully, and also left my backyard neat and tidy, filling two green bins with mulch for me. Excellent service from everyone on the team, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I’ll definitely be welcoming them back to my place when needed.
