After expending a good half dozen other services which refused claiming there were no parts available from their suppliers, John was there to save the day. Top bloke; very professional, reliable, punctual and offered a very fair quote for the repairs. He seemed to have little issue obtaining the parts for our oven, and the repair was delayed only by the shipment of them. Soon as they arrived he reached out and notified us, and inquired about times that would be convenient to complete the work. Truly stellar quality of service.

We’ve used John a few times to repair our old oven. He is quietly spoken, responsive to my messages and did the job efficiently and without any fuss. He will also point out when something might be under warranty. And he didn’t mind my big dog trying to nose in on the job! Would highly recommend.
