Mike was very friendly and helpful in assisting with installing a new dishwasher at the the Motor Museum of WA. It eventuated that there was a significant water flow issue to the new unit, which resulted in Mike coming back to the Museum and assisting with what was eventually found to be an infrastructure issue. Mike presented a solution which resulted in the new unit being swapped out to try and eliminate any potential mechanical problem and came back and installed a second unit. Perth Dishwasher demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and care for the customer, second to none. The new dishwasher is now working well and we are very satisfied with our decision to choose Perth Dishwashers - highly recommend to any business or individual.

Initially, the new dishwasher that I purchased was installed but found to have a malfunction on the control panel switch on/off. I called immediately to remedy. I was very impressed with the level of customer service received from all involved from Perth Dishwashers. The communication from the office as well as the technicians to replace the dishwasher all in the same day deriving from their teamwork and efficiency in communication to resolve and action the remedy was next level. I am very satisfied and very impressed. Highly recommended.

Had an issue with our LG dishwasher after moving into our new house. LG sent the job through to Perth Dishwashers, and Michael came out to fix it. Even though he’d been given the wrong code, he quickly figured out the real problem and sorted it on the spot. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared a lot of helpful tips. Great service all round!

Great customer service , from 1st contact with admin staff to the technician coming out. Brad showed/explained a possible issue, Came back and tried a fix but didn't work. Wasn't worth repairing (OLD UNIT) Ordered a new dishwasher which was competitively priced and promptly fitted including removal . Very happy with service from beginning to end !

Very helpful on the phone. Easy to book in and could attend the next day. The tech/repair person who attended was respectful, professional, they explained where the part had failed and cleaned up after themselves. The repair also came in cheaper than I was estimated on the phone.
