We had a problem with our Bosch Dryer and called Adam to come and look at it for us. he was able to come 24 hours later, arrived right on time and rectified our problem very efficiently. We would recommend Adam to anyone with an appliance problem.

My husband and I experienced wonderful service and advice from Adam. We called and asked for advise about our broken Seimens warming oven. Within 3 hours, Adam rang back and we made an appointment for the following day, with a clear understanding of what the initial call out charges would be. On arrival (on time) Adam quickly identified three problems and carefully explained what he professionally believed was achievable or not and how much each option would cost. Adam was absolutely honest and said he could get the new parts and do the repairs but that they might only last a short time. We very amicably decided that we would not proceed. The lack of bullshit was refreshing! We paid Adam the agreed call out fee and he was on his way. I have very rarely experienced such efficency, professionalism and courtesy and can recommend Adam wholeheartedly. We wish him and his small business a great future. He deserves it.

Adam was able to attend and fix my washing machine the following day. He was professional and knowledgeable throughout and was very accommodating when I asked if he could also take a look at my microwave door. Highly recommend.
