I recently contacted Statewide Appliances about a replacement door for my dryer and had the pleasure of dealing with Sandra L from customer support. Even though the part didn’t appear in their system (as dryer was discontinued), Sandra went the extra mile — she took my details, asked for additional information, and followed up the very next day with the correct part number and pricing. She was upfront in explaining that the item was a special order and could take up to 14 days to arrive. The transparency was appreciated, and the part arrived within the timeframe she provided once ordered. Door is fitted and dryer is now back in use. It’s great to experience this level of customer service. Statewide Appliance Spares were an absolute lifesaver. I own a Samsung V70 Jet vacuum and the head started playing up. When I contacted Samsung for a replacement, I was told they no longer stock parts for the V70 and instead tried to upsell me a brand‑new vacuum for nearly $1000. What they failed to mention was that Statewide Appliance Spares actually do have the parts. Thankfully, after some Google searching, I found Statewide and they had exactly what I needed. I ordered the replacement head and it arrived from SA to QLD the very next day. Outstanding service and incredibly efficient. Very happy with the experience and grateful they had what Samsung couldn’t supply.

I recently contacted Statewide Appliance Spares for some spare parts for my Bosch stove. My initial contact was seamless and the parts were ordered from Bosch Germany. As the process was a long one I was kept in the loop all the way. Parts arrived only to be the wrong ones (which were sent from Bosch Germany) I contacted Statewide Appliance Spares, who pursued the matter and again kept me in the loop. The correct parts arrived and all is well, the care and assistance I received in this process was second to none, the company provides very high customer service and has a well coordinated team all doing their jobs well.
