I highly recommend seeking his help if you have any home appliance you’d like to keep running before going to the expense of replacing it and creating more waste in this world.

Russel was very honest and professional. He genuinely tried to fix the issue, but when it didn’t work out, he clearly explained why and gave helpful ideas on what could be done next. I phoned and left a message for a washing machine repair and received a call back 5 min later. The technician was so helpful and informative, saving me time and money. Through the conversation they were able to assess the likelihood of the required repair exceeding the worth of the machine. They also gave their opinion about brands that need repairs more often than others. Very helpful conversation resulting in me purchasing a new machine where they could have easily taken a fee for call out +/- repair.

An excellent repair service. Phoned and discussed with Russell early morning where he essentially diagnosed the problem with our fridge straight up and gave a quote. By lunchtime he attended with the replacement part >> all fixed. Highly recommend.
