Prestige Appliance Repair Centre

Prompt , friendly, informative, that was my first interaction with Prestige Appliance Repair Centre. It only got better when the technician came out. Michael was on time . Efficient and careful with everything that he did. It's so nice , and actually refreshing to have a tradesperson come to your home to repair, replace something and care about what they do. My oven is again , perfect 😁 And special thanks to Michael for helping with a bird that flew into the kitchen !

I am extremely impressed with the service from Prestige. Once I sorted out a few issues with the initial call centre re warranty name and actual cover as I purchased an apartment I received prompt accurate information and follow through. My oven door broke a week or so before Christmas so obviously I knew this was not going to be quickly resolved. But parts were ordered and Michael made two visits to my apartment and fixed my oven door issues. The professionalism, punctuality, and communication were 10/10.

Michael from prestige was booked to repair my oven, I was given a service window between 10.30 and 12.30 today. He phoned at about 9.30 and said he was running ahead of schedule and could be on site in about 10 minutes if that was convenient for me. I was working from home for the day so said he could arrive early. He was here for about 10 minutes, replaced the faulty element and had the oven working again. Michael is prompt, polite and efficient.

Colin was booked to look at our gas cooktop. He had a cancellation so phoned and came a day early!! It took him only a few minutes to recognize the problem and fix it. Experience and great service. Highly recommended.

Oh wow, I’m so thankful! I had the wonderful Irish Alan!! (Sorry if I spelt your name wrong, I’m terrible!) came around to my place twice, I had a smoking issue with my oven which I didn’t understand and he explained it so well and easily for me to understand! And the second time he replaced my oven seal and explained how to use the cleaning products he recommended last time!! I’m so thankful, easy to understand, fast and a good chatter too!
