From the very start my dealings with Metrowide were easy. Pick up and return my machine? No problem! My machine BREVILLE Oracle Touch has been returned within a week working better than it ever has and the cost to repair including courier charges was beyond reasonable. These guys are FANTASTIC! I took in my Breville Barista Touch coffee machine which stopped dispensing water from the grouphead. The gentleman that served me was well mannered and was efficient. My details were ready and he ensured me that the machine will be looked after and returned in perfect condition. The coffee machine was repaired and I was alerted within a couple of days. It was all repaired! The whole experience was easy and pleasant. Thanks guys!

I found Metro Wide Appliances extremely polite & professional in all my interactions regarding the repair of my coffee machine. They were only too happy to retrieve the machine from my car & place it back in my car, when repaired. They were extremely knowledgable about the machine & the possible issues and the repairs were completed 2 day's ahead of time and well below what we anticipated in costs. I would not hesitate in recommending them for repairs on domestic appliances.

What a pleasure to experience genuinely phenomenal customer service. From telephone to in person I could score them higher than 5 star. Haven’t even tested out the Coffee machine yet but completely trust this team from the level of service I’ve experienced. I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews but this experience deserves the shout out!! So this is saying something :) Not to mention there was a steady stream of people bringing their coffee machines in for a service or repair. Great service offered on the North Shore!

It’s not often one is compelled to write a review for a repair shop but these guys are outstanding! So knowledgeable and efficient, plus they have to be the friendliest shop I’ve been to in ages. Price-wise they are so competitive that it’s worth the drive to Hornsby, though they alap offer a courier service for a small fee.

Highly recommend! We had this company come and repair a dishwasher a few years ago - they were honest and well priced. This week, our Breville coffee machine broke. The team were AMAZING and managed to fix it same day. As parents with kids who don't sleep, coffee is what keeps us going - so this is BEYOND appreciated!! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
