Mark was so helpful and lovely. My dishwasher is Miele and he was unable to assist me because Miele has technicians for the specific brand. With no hesitation he sent me details to another company that would help me. Will definitely use this company for other my other needs. Thank you for your help and support today :)

Called Mark for assistance with my Hisense fridge and he was super helpful and really friendly a real pleasure to speak with and he referred me to a colleague of his who specialises in my model fridge and repair needed. Highly recommend

I am yet to actually use Mark's services but just a google search led me to have a chat regards my cracked glass on induction cooktop and received a genuine friendly advise. Good funny chat as well. Would love to recommend him. Rare to find such people in today's highly commercial world!!!

I called home appliance repairs this morning about my Bosch Dishwasher as the drain pump was not working. I spoke to an extremely polite and knowledgeable person called Mark. I think he is the owner. He did amazing troubleshooting for me over the phone, sent me an appropriate YouTube clip. He said "I don't want to put you to the expense of a callout fee if you can fix it yourself". Well I did fix it myself, thank you Mark. Where do you get customer service like this anymore? I'm so used to just having someone trying to get their hands in my wallet and not really caring about values and people. 11 out of 10, thank you Mark. Your number is on my fridge for any problems I have where you can't help me to do it myself. Many thanks Andy
