Simon was on time, great attitude and communication. He found the issue to our washing machine and fixed it very quickly. What we thought was a mechanical issue and thinking we needed to change the drain pump turned out to be a blocked drain only. Simon was honest and gave us the least expensive option to fix our machine as we would not have known any better. Really reliable and highly recommend!

Just met Simon from A&B this morning, swiftly found the problem to my washing machine. Got the spare from his car, changed, and voilà the machines starts the washing cycle straight away. My machine is a very old Whirlpool and I am surprised to find Simon who can fixes it so quickly. Very happy with A&B’s service! 5 stars!!

Exceptional customer service with prompt and timely communication.
