Mike has been our technician 3 times for various appliances over a number of years. Each time he’s been prompt, courteous and clean. Moreover his servicing, advice and has proved to be spot on. We highly recommend.

He was polite, professional & so onto the issues so quickly fixed my oven, dishwasher & got my fridge sorted super quickly, same day service within 3 hours of me phoning! I’m very happy with the service received. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and capable. He explained what was wrong with our tumble dryer. I received my quote the same day. A week later was called to schedule the repair. I will call Mike and the team anytime again if I require an appliance repair team.

Steve was punctual, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us fix our fridge and ordered the parts we needed straight away. He also took the time and care to explain everything to us. I would highly recommend Steve and will use his services again in the future.
