Our dishwasher out of the blue stopped working after not missing a beat in the over 3 years we owned it, we found and contacted Glenn to have a look at the issue which he confirmed there was corrosion in the motor and advised that it’s best we invest in a new dishwasher as opposed to replacing the part for the current one. Glenn went above and beyond with recommendations and organised this for us once we picked the replacement then came back to install it after we received it. He even cleaned the area where the dishwasher is placed after taking the old one out which I was about to do myself however had to tend to my 7 month old who hurt herself on the floor and started crying. In addition, Glenn took the old dishwasher as well as the packaging for the new one & loaded them in the back of his van when he was finished so a couple of less things we had to find room to store for council cleanup (then figure how to move to the kerb)! Both times Glenn came here as well as the correspondence before and during the process he was very punctual, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He is so reasonably priced aswell! We highly recommend Glenn from Daxxtech and know where to go when we have any further electrical issues :)
