Huge thanks to ADCO Electrics for an unforgettable experience! I was lucky enough to be invited into their RAC Arena suite to watch Kevin Hart, and it was incredible from start to finish. The hospitality was top-notch, comfortable, well-organized, and a great atmosphere all around. It really speaks to the kind of company ADCO is: generous, professional, and all about building genuine connections. I had an amazing time and truly appreciate the opportunity. I called Adam at ADCO on a Friday evening 7PM to help with a major electrical box fault that needed prompt repair to provide power to three houses. All power was down and Adam was able to have an electrician on site at 7.30AM the next day. The electrical board was replaced by 9.30 and an hour later Western Power re- energised the properties. Thank you so much Adam for your prompt service and efficiency. Truly impressive and a testimony to your commitment to customer service!

Frequently asked questions

How much do electricians typically charge?
Costs vary depending on the job type, how much fault-finding is needed, and whether switchboard or circuit work is involved. Electricians typically charge a call-out fee plus an hourly labour rate, and after-hours attendance usually attracts higher rates. Check the live pricing on this page to compare local quotes.
Do electricians charge call-out fees?
Call-out fees are common and are usually charged separately to labour and materials to cover travel and the initial assessment. Some providers may also have a minimum charge for small jobs, so it's worth confirming any call-out or minimum fees when requesting quotes.
Do electricians need a licence in Australia?
Yes — electrical work must be carried out by a licensed electrician in every Australian state and territory, and in NSW licensing is through NSW Fair Trading. Electricians should display a valid state electrical licence number on quotes and advertising and will usually issue a Certificate of Electrical Safety on completion of work.
How do I get a quote from ADCO?
