I have been using electrical sensations for a couple of years now. They have changed our exterior lights for our house to modern LED lights and also changed over some internal switches to remove dimmable lights. They also ran new electrical cables and installed new safety switches when we installed a pool. From booking in the work with Leanne, to the text messages letting me know when the team are on their way to complete the work and then the team cleaning up any mess, the whole process is smooth and hiccup free. I highly recommend this electrical company.

I’ve known Leanne and Nigel from Electrical Sensations: Solar, Batteries & Electrical Toowoomba for around five years, and their reputation in the region is outstanding. There is nothing but glowing feedback about their professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service. They’re known for going above and beyond for their clients and delivering high-quality solar installations that truly stand the test of time. If you’re considering installing a solar system, I couldn’t recommend this local business highly enough. Their courtesy, communication, and attention to detail from the very beginning make them a trusted name in Toowoomba and beyond.

With our recent installation of a SOLAR SYSTEM, we cannot recommend this local company highly enough. The sheer professionalism, courtesy and communication shown by everyone from the initial consultation (where our knowledge level was zero) to the final installation was something we very much appreciated. No matter who you are dealing with - from the owners of this company to the cheery and respectful apprentice who makes sure everything is OK before they leave - the efficiency and professionalism cannot be faulted. Thank you to all involved.

Our solar was recently installed by the team at Electrical Sensations. I think what stood out the most was their communication. From our initial meeting with Nigel throughout the whole process we were kept informed as to what was going on and even received a text message with an arrival time for the installers. Leanne and the admin staff welcome any questions. We understood the process and they were very approachable. We would definitely recommend Electrical Sensations.

It is a pleasure to thank the staff of Electrical Sensations for the prompt and thorough cleaning and servicing of our solar panels and system. As an octogenarian, I was very appreciative of the professionalism, cheery helpfulness and clear communication skills of both the administration and technical staff.
