Savage installed 54kW of ducted air con into our home & it was an excellent experience. Richard was very helpful during the quoting & pre-install phase, Holly was great on communicating with us and Mark & his boys were exceptional on-site. Nothing was a problem for these guys. One of the main reasons we went with Savage was their impecable Google rating & it quickly became obvious why they have 5 stars across nearly 400 reviews. Highly recommended!

We had Mark and the crew from Savage Air remove our old ducted gas heating and install ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, and the experience was excellent. Communication was clear the whole way through, and everything happened exactly when they said it would. The team worked smoothly and efficiently, knew their stuff, and were respectful of our home throughout the install. It’s obvious they take pride in their work — the finished result looks great and the system runs beautifully. Savage Air was a great choice. Very happy with the outcome and the service we received.

Our experience with Savage Air has been excellent. All staff members are extremely professional, friendly and capable - from Alana in the office, Richard who first visited to inspect and provide a quote, to the amazing Jonty, the installation team leader, and his team members Dexter and Seb. These three tradespeople were polite, efficient and friendly. Every element of the procedure went very smoothly. They started and finished on time, cleaned up every element of the job and made sure we were happy with their work. The electricians who came - Jesse and Zoe were also professional, friendly and great at their job. We highly recommend this company.

Savage Air were recommended to me by friends and I am very happy with their service from start to finish. Richard was very patient with my several plan changes (thanks Richard!) and went to the trouble to find a capping color that matched my house the best. The 4 installers did a great job. They arrived promptly, worked hard on a very hot day, consulted with me when necessary, took their boots off when they came inside and left everything clean and tidy -plus helped me with my questions regarding the operation of the units. Highly recommeneded.

Great experience from start to finish. Jonty was thorough and helpful during the initial quote and pre-inspection, including advice on outdoor unit placement and room zoning. Holly in the office was excellent with communication around install dates and answering questions. Mark and his team were polite, professional, worked efficiently, and left the place clean and tidy. Jonty’s recommendation to cover furniture was appreciated — plaster dust definitely finds its way into places you wouldn’t expect. Using plastic drop sheets meant it only needed a quick run through with the dyson at the end. Very happy with the install and the overall service.

From start to finish the service from Savage Air has been amazing. Richard did a great job presenting options and the install experience was seamless. Jackson and Henry did an exceptional job. They were professional, personable and super positive to have in the house.
