From the admin support to the installation staff, every aspect of service was brilliant. We got two units installed in bedrooms and they work beautifully. If you're considering some air conditioning, I highly recommend this team - respectful and caring service from start to finish. Also, very reasonable prices, especially considering the high level of care everyone gives. 5 stars.

Michael and his team did a wonderful job of removing old ducted gas heater and an evaporative cooler and replacing them with high quality 2 split systems. The whole process from the first phone call, through quoting and giving me a few price options, to installation went so smoothly that I couldn't be any happier. Their services are well priced, executed with care and well thought out in so many details (i.e. placing the indoor units in such a way that improves the air flow, mounting condensation conduits so there is no mould and termites in the future, etc.), that makes me super happy that I chose their services. I highly recommend Cranbourne Air Conditioning and I am grateful that have a wonderful cooling and heating system for my family! Thank you very much!!

An absolute pleasure to deal with. The team did a fantastic job installing Aircon and ducted heating. They were neat, tidy, efficient on time and left the premises in immaculate condition cleaning up all the bits and pieces can’t recommend them highly enough. The boys did a magnificent job. Tracy in the office is super friendly and easy to deal with and always willing to help with any queries or questions I will never use anyone else for repairs or installation for my Aircon apart from these guys. Thank you so much.
