Jordan was absolutely great, so understanding and communication as well. Josh, Lou and Michael were great. They all had great personalities and l loved Jordan's music.   We have recently had a Rinnai split air conditioner installed in our home with Direct Point Heating and Cooling. From the beginning I found Sally to be extremely helpful over the phone giving me information on various options of different air conditioner brands and prices. She made the process very easy. We decided on the Rimnai being a good brand and value for money. It was installed the following week. The installers were Josh and Jordan who were both very professional and knowledgeable of their job. They were punctual, polite and left our home clean and tidy. I would recommend Direct Point Heating and Cooling if you are looking for a good Air conditioning Company.

  I have had two upgrades done through Direct Point Electrical - (i) gas stove to Induction & (ii) ducted gas heating to reverse cycle air-conditioning. Dean and his team has done an excellent job of both upgrades and Sally in the office provided great communication at all times without fail. Their team is young, energetic, courteous and knowledgeable. They deserve appreciation from the community.
