  Great service by Luke. My Air Conditioner decided to stop in the afternoon on the first day of the long weekend with temperatures soaring to 45deg. Luckily my daughter saw a post on Facebook saying he was available, so a phone call later had Luke coming to the rescue. Even though he didn't have one of the parts to complete the repair, Luke had a work around with an old controller and got it going for us with much relief and completed the job on the Tuesday when the store reopened for the part. Highly Recommended

  I have found Luke from Flametech Heating & Cooling extremely helpful and very thorough in his workmanship - Rinnai Australia had finally provided a service agent for my 10 year old gas dryer who new the product very well , unlike a previous contractor sent out that seemed to struggle with lack of knowledge. I would strongly recommend Flametech with any Rinnai product that requires servicing and found charges by Flametech very reasonable- now I have a very happy wife that loves the Rinnai gas dryer.

  I have tried many other gas fire “repairers” but they all provided really slow service without ever fixing the problem I decided to give Luke from Flametech a try and was pleasantly surprised with the prompt response but even more impressed by Luke’s knowledge of the product and explanation of exactly what needed to be done Luke followed up with a speedy response and kept me informed at all times when a part needed to be sourced Very impressed with Flametech and could not recommend them more highly
