Artic Air

Paolo and his team upgraded the 2 old ducted units at our home for new Actron systems. They spent time to properly understand our needs, and the nuances of our older home with high ceilings, combined with open plan living spaces, to design a system that can perform to our needs in an efficient manner all year round. Love the ability to control everything from our phones. Installation team were very professional and the staff left the place spotless after each days work. Highly recommend this professional outfit.

We have used Artic air at various times over the last 5 years for servicing, maintenance and most recently a new ducted system, after ours finally gave up. Paulo has always been friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, with his team being prompt and professional. Can't really fault our dealings with them, diagnosing and reinstalling within a reasonable time frame with many options and a great deal.

What fantastic service! Stuart in the office was super helpful in arranging to get someone out as soon as possible and accommodate my needs. Chris the technician was very professional and informative, and even came back to teach me how to use the aircon controller a couple days later at no cost. Couldn't have been happier with Artic Air!

We are very happy with our new fully ducted air conditioner supplied by Arctic Air and installed by their friendly technicians. The old evap removed and taken away, and the new system installed and running in the same day. We would recommend Arctic Air to anyone thinking of a new A/C unit.

Paolo from Arctic Air was outstanding to deal with. After our APAC ducted system was left non-functional by someone else, he took the time to carefully diagnose and restore it to full working order. He was patient, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work . He is extremely knowledgable accross all types of air conditioning including commercial units. Paolo and his team Artic Air were amazing to repair our ducted A/C unit. Responded straight away, had a crew out that afternoon, new part by first thing the following morning and unit serviced, cleaned and up and running. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Will definitely be using again and highly recommend.
