Spoke to the ladies in administration and explained our circumstances and within a couple of days Yue was out serviced our conditioner, had the parts required ordered and a few days later work was completed by Blake. Price quoted was what was charged with no hidden costs. Great customer service by the whole Mr goodair team and won't hesitate to use them again

  Have not needed to use Mr Goodair for about three years but used them constantly as a Property Manager at that stage. It was lovely to reengage with them and find the service, prices and professionalism was just as good as it was before. A great experience again and I do highly recommend them.

  Our Fujitsu split system aircon hadn't been cleaned since new and that was a heap of years. I had a call from Mr Goodair in the morning and that afternoon a very pleasant young man by the name of Daniel rolled up to clean the unit. I couldn't believe how much dust was in the unit. Daniel went about his business dismantling the unit and giving it a brilliant clean. He was very professional with his work and I could not fault his work in anyway. Everything was spick and span after the clean. No mess Charlie. If anybody out there is thinking about getting their aircon cleaned I would recommend you get Mr Goodair to do the job.   These guys were incredibly easy to deal with. I had a young guy Damien visit my home and work. I booked in for a service of my ducted air-conditioner. He was very thorough, he addressed all my concerns and the system is now working well. He was here for just over an hour, great service, a Thank You to Damien. Excellent value. Thank You
