WOW, where do I start, they are amazing. The GAM team provided an exceptional service. It was wonderful to see 3 generations of the GAM family working together. They were all professional in their appearance and work. I really wanted my air con fixed before Christmas, I had quests coming over during the Christmas season and I wanted them to feel cool and comfortable in my home. Mick and his team did not let me down. His communication skills were prompt and clear. I understand how busy they were but they were still able to fit me in and install a new unit promptly. They left me with clear instructions. I will forever be grateful. Their customer service was second to none and I highly recommend GAM Air Conditioning.

Excellent service from GAM Airconditioning. Mick and Dom came out today to install a wireless router for my Daikin air conditioning unit, and the job was completed perfectly. My home isn’t an easy setup — it’s double brick construction with a very small manhole access to the roof — but they handled the challenges professionally and managed to complete the installation without any issues. Their experience, patience, and attention to detail really showed throughout the process. Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend GAM Airconditioning to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

I had my first encounter with the team from GAM Air Conditioning 12 years ago at my parents house where they had installed 2 split system air-conditioners. Both are still running to this day with no problems at all. I recently had the team out at my place to install a ducted system upstairs in my townhouse. Mick, Jack & Garry were all very professional, knowledgeable and have plenty of years experience behind them. They are incredibly polite and it shows as it seems to have rubbed off on their young apprentice who was also very courteous while carrying out the works. To say I am pleased with the work carried out is an understatement. They boys were meticulous with their work. I was consulted when they were making decisions around vent placement in my rooms and informed on the reasons why specific placement would be of great benefit. Thank you for getting the job done and doing such a great job.

Our air conditioner broke recently, and our real estate agency sent Gary from GAM Air Conditioning to help us. From the moment he arrived, everything about the experience was smooth and professional. Gary is genuinely one of the most pleasant people to deal with, his communication was clear, consistent, and he made the whole process completely stress-free. When it came time to install the new unit, he brought along who I assume were his sons, and they were just as impressive. They were professional, efficient, and clearly hardworking. The installation was quick, tidy, and done with real care. The new air conditioner they installed is honestly a game-changer. It’s powerful, has so many great settings, and is such an upgrade from what we had before. The difference is like night and day. I’m truly grateful for the level of service we received. Could not recommend this business enough. I hope God blesses Gary, his family, and his business because they genuinely deserve it!

GAM to the rescue!!! What can I say about the service I received from them? Well first of all, they were fully contactable to answer any questions or concerns I had prior to installation. They turned up on the date and time agreed. They were very courteous and friendly and the work they did replacing my old split system air conditioner was exceptional. They cleaned everything up after they were finished and gave me a quick run through on how to operate the system. Their pricing was very reasonable given the amount of work and time they put into this job. So I would say that it was great service and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone having issues with or needing a new air conditioner!

I call GAM for a service and clean on my split system air conditioner. On arrival Mick gave it a thorough check and told me that did not need any work done on it as it was working fine. He gave me some good suggestions on how help with extra cooling on extreme days. His honesty, which is rear these days, cost him money, so I applaud him and if I ever need air conditioning work done in the future I will definitely use GAM. I recommend them.
