This guy is the best, turned up on time when he said he would, it was raining, but he wat still able to complete the service. He turned up with all the tools, and most importantly he knew exactly what needed to be done. I will be saving this guys number in my phone as it's hard to find good tradespeople. I will also recommend Essential Air Service to my friends and family. Thanks again mate for a job well done and your professionalism.

First of all Ahmed responded super quick and attended with in 2 hours - First did a service call and then we decided to replace the ageing 8 kw split - Next day, the new unit was delivered and Ahmed and his team we there to remove the old and install the new - Most impressed with the speed of service, and the cost of the job ! He is a great communicator by way of messages and phone calls every step of the way as i was unable to be at the rental property, he also communicated well with the tenants, and his team left the job site neat and tidy - even the tenant commented. He sent photos of before and after, leaving me most impressed with the overall outcome of the job - a true professional with a personal service touch!! Would highly recommend these guys ( Essential Air ) and when you deal with Ahmed, you get first class service and a level of communications that exceeded expectations ( I had other a/c company's that took 5 days to return my call, still waiting to get a quote back, mean while the job got done in 2 days) Owner happy, Tenants happy and I didnt have to leave my office win - win ) regards Rob Grainer

Essential air service recently installed an air conditioning system at my in-laws' house, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. They were really impressed with how professional, friendly, and efficient he was throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made sure the place was spotless when he finished. I'd happily recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality👍

From the get go Ahmad was very informative about which air conditioner would be suitable for my house. As I wanted the latest and smallest size in diameter for the corner of my sunroom he suggested the Daikin Zena 6.0kw. Ahmad worked tirelessly and was very thorough in his measurements inside and outside. My property is double brick which is generally a lot harder to install however he was very good with his tools that I was so impressed. I would be happy to have him install another a/c or ducted in the near future. I would also like to mention that he was very honest with his prices and did the electrical installation to the box profficiently too. Thank you so much for a job well done!
